Dispatch

We dispatch and receive all items from our store in Hobsonville Auckland.

With in-stock items, we work hard to get your orders out within a day or two. If you have ordered custom bows / bowstrings or other items on special order then it can take longer. We do ship throughout New Zealand and because some items are oversized, there maybe an extra 'oversize' charge. If this occurs, we will contact you.

Rural Delivery may take a day or two longer than standard courier delivery. If your delivery address is Rural and you select Non Rural, this will create issues with your items being delivered and delay the process.

In New Zealand, a postcode's third digit being a 7, 8, or 9 can indicate a rural delivery address, as the second and third digits help sort mail for specific delivery networks, including urban and rural ones. However, this is a general guideline, and the only way to be certain is to use the NZ Post Address check tool or a similar service. 

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout and your item will be booked onto our courier and you will be notified via email with delivery details and a track and trace number.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your items as soon as possible and let us know straight away if your item/items are damaged or parts missing in any way. Let's hope nothing like this occurs, but if it does, we will sort it out for you.

In order for us to help sort this out, we need a few things please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivered goods
  • Send us your Order details, name, address and Purchase Number and date of delivery
  • It is important to send a photo of the package and the product

Delivery Times
