Returns:
We stand by our products and services and so do our manufacturers. We always try to do our best but if the rare occasion happens where we have made an error with an item in your order and you would like to return it to us, then please contact us on 09-2187494 We will do our best to make sure we rectify the situation. Sometimes just chatting to one of our staff members, can sort a problem out over the phone. In many cases a simple explanation how to correctly attach or fix a product to your bow can be done over the phone.
If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased and want to return it for an exchange or refund, again please contact us before posting anything back to us. Returning an item without prior consent of Attitude Archery could result in a delay of the returns process.
Items may be returned within 14 days of shipment for a refund or exchange (excluding Freight Charges). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging including manufacturer’s instructions, tools and accessories. If you return an incomplete item, we will not be able to process your return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and you will need to contact us directly to discuss it first – there may be a simple solution to the problem by just asking us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Reminder: We do not have to give a refund if you 'change your mind' about a purchase — so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Exchanging an item: If you have made an error on your order and wish to exchange an item. Then you will be responsible not only to pay for the return postage costs but to also cover any postage charges we incur for sending a replacement / new item.
If you find that a product has a small fault, we can choose to repair the item, replace it, or refund your money. If the fault is major, it is your choice whether you opt for a replacement or refund. Attitude Archery will only accept returns on products damaged or faulty prior to original delivery, products that vary from their description on this website and products supplied incorrectly.
If you want to cancel your order please contact us immediately – please understand that if the payment has gone through, then you will have to go through the returns process.
Once your returned item has been received along, you will be issued either a Store Credit or Exchange depending on your preference. Your exchange item will be sent out to you and Attitude Archery will cover the postage cost for this.
No Returns Policy:
Some products are exempt and cannot be returned after the processing of your order has begun. Examples include goods made to your specifications or modified from the manufacturer’s original specifications by your request.
These include, but are not limited to:
- Books
- Custom printed items and special orders (indented items)
- Arrow Shafts Cut or Custom arrows fletched
- Clearance / On Sale items / Specials, Gift cards / Vouchers
- Downloadable software products
- Compound or Recurve Bows.
- Products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
- Custom-made bowstrings.
All returned items must be in unused and new condition including the sealed original manufacturer’s packaging (including packing material, plastic bags, accessories, all parts, screws, tools etc.) with manufacturer’s instructions, booklets, manuals, warranty cards, labels and registration information. Returned items must be packaged properly and shipped with appropriate insurance and traceability. Attitude Archery will refund you within 14 days the value of the original product price. Attitude Archery can refuse the return / refund if items are not in the original packaging and/ or missing parts / showing signs of wear. If you exercise your right of cancellation, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. Returns received after 14 days may incur a 15% restocking fee.
If we have agreed to issue you a full refund, please be aware that the refund amount will go off what you originally paid and not the current product value. Our acceptance of a returns package from any courier / delivery person does not constitute a returns approval. Approval of returned merchandise is at the sole discretion of Attitude Archery.
Warranties:
We will do our best to help rectify the situation in a timely manner but of course, as with this type of situation, it is down to the manufacturer on how quickly the situation gets resolved.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and Attitude Archery are not responsible or liable for any missing packages.
